To become a subscriber for Shannette's VA Solution (SVAS) services, it will be necessary to fill in and agree to our terms and conditions and answer some questions. Some of the information asked when you subscribe to SVAS is mandatory. It is used to identify who is using the SVAS service. This includes but is not limited to your name, current e-mail address, company name, zip code, and gender.
We will not sell or disclose to third parties your personal information, and this information shall be retained by us in a secure environment. We consider information that we receive as content in our Message Centre, account details, and account preferences to be confidential. Accordingly, this information shall not be disclosed to any third party without your permission unless required by a court order or law of the United States of America to do so.
